以乙硫氮、苯甲酰氯原料,通过取代反应合成出了 N,N-二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸苯甲酰酯硫氮酯,考察了物料配比、反应温度、反应时间对产物收率的影响,得出的最佳的工艺条件为:n(C5H10NS2Na·3H2O)∶n(C7H5ClO)=1∶1.04,温度为 35℃左右,时间 120 min 条件下合成产率为 99.24%,回收率为 97.22%以上的 N,N-二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸苯甲酰酯硫氮酯产品.将其应用于某铜矿作为捕收剂,与现场药剂相比较,铜精矿铜品位提高 1.17%,回收率提高2.25%.将其应用于某铅锌矿作为捕收剂,与异丁基黄药、25#黑药、乙硫氮、丁铵黑药、乙基黄药对比,可以明显提升铅的品位和回收率,同时对硫化锌的捕收力极弱.
Study on the Synthesis and Mineral Processing Performance of a New Type of Sulfur Nitrogen Ester Collector
Using sodium diethyl dithiocarbamate and benzoyl chloride raw material,adopts the one-step synthesis of benzoyl N,N-diethyldithiocarbamate,inspected the material ratio,reaction temperature and reaction time influencing on the yield of product,it is concluded that the best process conditions for N(C5H10NS2Na·3H2O):N(C7H5ClO)= 1:1.04,the temperature is about 35℃,the synthesized under the condition of 120 min production rate was 99.24%,the recovery is more than 95.22%of N,N-diethyl dithio-carbamate benzoyl acetate ester sulfur nitrogen products.Applied to a copper mine as collector,the copper grade and recovery of copper concentrate increased by 1.17%and 2.25%,compared with the field reagent.When it is applied to a lead-zinc ore as collec-tor,compared with isobutyl xanthate,25#black medicine,ethylthiazide,ammonium butyl black medicine and ethyl xanthate,the grade and recovery of lead can be significantly improved,while the collecting power of zinc sulfide is very weak.
