Industrial Optimization Test of Low Alkali Zinc Separation Technology for Baiyinnuoer Lead Zinc Mine
In view of problems of the high alkalinity flotation process used in the zinc separation process of Chifeng NFC Baiyin-nuoer Mining Co.,Ltd.,such as the large amount of lime causes foam to become sticky,affecting the beneficiation index,the return water pH value is too high,affecting the recycling use,as well the beneficiation cost is high.The process and technology of increas-ing zinc recovery rate under low alkali condition are studied to realize efficient utilization of resources and improve the economic benefit of mine.Through laboratory test and industrial test,the reagent system of low alkali zinc separation from medium color white ore has been formed.Compared with the high-alkali zinc preparation system,the dressing cost is reduced by 0.25 yuan/t,the zinc concentrate grade and recovery rate are increased by 4.24%and 1.59%respectively,and the water quality of the overflow wa-ter of the filling system is improved,and the return water treatment system can be delayed or not built,and obvious economic ben-efits have been achieved.
