High Efficient Treatment of Zinc Leaching Residue by Using Combination Zinc Smelting Process with KIVCET Process

介绍了基夫赛特直接炼铅法的反应机理过程,并对锌浸出渣的四种常见的处理方法做了比较,对比发现基夫赛特炉法对渣料中铅锌铜银铟等金属的回收率高,铅铜银进入粗铅能更好地进行下一步提炼并且渣料中的硫全部进入竖炉烟气制酸,从根本上消除了单独处理锌浸出渣料产出低浓度含硫烟气的高脱硫成本问题.与常规的湿法炼锌工艺协同处理锌浸出渣,实现了渣的无害化、资源化处理,取得了较好的经济效益,同时消除了因锌浸出渣堆存而对环境潜在的影响.
The reaction mechanism of the direct smelting of lead in KIVCET was mainly introduced,four common zinc leaching residue processing method were compared.Comparison showed that the KIVCET furnace method has a high recovery rate for met-als such as lead,zinc,copper,silver,and indium in the slag material.Lead,copper,and silver entering the crude lead can be better re-fined in the next step,and all sulfur in the slag material entered the shaft furnace flue gas for acid production,fundamentally elimi-nate the high desulfurization cost problem of producing low concentration sulfur-containing flue gas by treating zinc leaching slag separately.Combining with the conventional wet zinc smelting process to treat zinc leaching residue,can achieve harmless and re-sourceful treatment of zinc leaching slag,obtaine good economic benefit,and eliminate the potential impact on the environment caused by the accumulation of zinc leach residue.
