Analysis of Brass H65 Strip for Ground Wire Production by Horizontal Continuous Casting and Semi-continuous Casting
Railway through ground wire is the key technical product of high-speed passenger dedicated line grounding system.Brass strip is mainly used for copper alloy sheathed railway through ground wire.At present,brass strip can be produced by semi-continuous casting-hot-rolled strip or horizontal continuous casting strip.In this paper,the process design of brass H65 strip used in horizontal continuous casting and semi-continuous casting for the production of through ground wire was carried out,and the suit-able production process was determined from the aspects of chemical composition,mechanical properties and internal structure.
