Application of Intelligent Control System for Flotation Tank Slurry Level in Titanium Concentrate Flotation
In order to improve the automation and intelligence level of the equipment,and explore the effectiveness of intelligent equipment in fine flotation operation and optimization of flotation process technical indicators,the control of the liquid level of a coarse-grained titanium concentrate flotation line in a certain concentrator in Panzhihua relies entirely on manual timed inspections,personal experience to determine the liquid level status,and manual operation of relevant control gate valves and pulp liquid level ad-justment.The application of an intelligent control system for the slurry level in the flotation tank was carried out at the titanium flo-tation operation site.Through debugging and inspection,it has been found that the intelligent control system for the slurry level in the flotation tank is reliable and has high detection and control accuracy.At the same time,it has a certain auxiliary effect on improv-ing the recovery rate of flotation operations.
