两种不同分析方法测定区域地球化学样品中砷含量比对

为了准确快速的测定区域地球化学样品中的砷(As)含量,本文采用两种不同方法测定样品中的砷(As)含量.原子荧光光谱法的测定下限为 0.16mg.kg-1,准确度为-0.009%~0.025%,精密度为 2.93%~6.60%,X 射线荧光光谱法的测定下限为 4.0mg.kg-1,准确度为-0.097%~0.071%,精密度为 0.90%~22.60%.通过结果比对原子荧光光谱法优于 X 射线荧光光谱法.
Comparison of Two Different Analytical Methods for Determination of Arsenic in Regional Reochemical Sample
In order to accurately and quickly determine the precision of arsenic(As)content in regional geochemical samples,two dif-ferent methods are used to determine the arsenic(As)content in the samples.The lower limit of determination by atomic fluores-cence spectrometry is 0.16 mg.kg-1,the accuracy is-0.009%~0.025%,and the precision is 2.93%~6.60%,the lower limit of de-termination by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry is 4.0 mg.kg-1,the accuracy is-0.097%~0.071%,and the precision is 0.90%~22.60%.The comparison of results detected by the two method showed that the results of atomic fluorescence spectrometry are bet-ter than X-ray fluorescence spectrometry.
