摘要

某公司选矿厂主要以选上游铜冶炼厂的铜冶炼渣为主,主要回收铜渣中的铜.通过分析,该铜渣中主要有用金属元素是 Cu,含少量的 Au、Ag,其含量分别为 2.03%、0.39 g/t 和25.39 g/t,脉石中主要含有 Fe2O3 和 SiO2.经试验,确定最佳的磨矿细度、浮选浓度、捕收剂种类及用量等,以保证最佳的浮选条件.捕收剂采用 T-338 和黄药,起泡剂为 2#油.在最终的闭路试验中,铜精矿品位为 25.32%,尾矿品位降至 0.27%,铜回收率为 87.56%.

Abstract

The concentrator of a company mainly selects the copper smelting slag from the upstream copper smelter,mainly recy-cling the copper from the copper slag.Through analysis,the main useful metal element in the copper slag is Cu,containing small amounts of Au and Ag,with contents of 2.03%,0.39 g/t,and 25.39 g/t,respectively.The gangue mainly contains Fe2O3and SiO2.The best grinding fineness,flotation concentration,collector type and dosage are determined by experiment to ensure the best flotation conditions.Using T-338 and xanthate ascollector,the 2#oil as the foaming agent in the final closed-circuit test,the test ob-tained the grade of copper concentrate of 25.32%,and the grade of tailings was reduced to 0.27%,and the copper recovery rate was 87.56%.
