Experimental Study on Improving the Recovery Rate of Associated Silver in a Copper Mine in Inner Mongolia
A copper mine in Inner Mongolia adopts a processe of one-stage grinding, one rough selection, two sweeping selections, and three selections. The copper silver concentrate contains 16.05%copper,788.40 g/t silver, and a copper recovery rate of 89.19% and a silver recovery rate of 77.27%.Through the study of process mineralogy and flotation experiments,a process flow of one stage grinding, two stage rough selection, two stage scanning selection, one stage fine grinding, and three stage selection was de-termined.The final closed circuit test can obtain a copper silver concentrate with a copper content of 16.51%,a copper recovery rate of 90.06%,a silver content of 852.30 g/t,a silver recovery rate of 81.49%,and a silver recovery rate of 4.22%,achieving the goal of improving the recovery rate of associated silver in copper silver concentrate, and achieving comprehensive recovery of asso-ciated silver.
