摘要

随着矿山自动化程度的提高,大型矿山传统手动搬运油桶的方式已经无法满足复杂而庞大的燃油系统控制需求.本方案针对矿山生产任务重、运输设备繁多、油料种类复杂、人工搬运困难等缺点,设计出一套高效、可靠、自动化程度高的燃油控制系统.采用本控制系统在矿山生产作业中能够大幅提高燃油系统控制自动化、智能化水平,大幅减少油料输送所占用的提升系统时间,有效降低作业强度,节约能耗,提高生产效率.

Abstract

With the improvement of mine automation,the traditional way of manually handling oil barrels in large mines can no lon-ger meet the complex and huge fuel system control requirements.Aiming at the shortcomings of heavy mine production tasks,vari-ous transportation equipment,complex types of fuel,and difficulty in manual handling of oil barrels,a set of efficient,reliable,and highly automated fuel control system has been designed.Using this system in mine production operations can greatly improve the automation and intelligence level of fuel system control,greatly reduce the hoisting system time occupied by oil transportation,effec-tively reduce operating intensity,save energy consumption,and improve production efficiency.
