Discussion on the Practice and Exploration of Energy Conservation,Emission Reduction and Carbon Reduction Management for Overseas Copper Smelting Enterprises
With the increasingly severe problem of global climate change,energy conservation and emission reduction have become the focus of common concern of all countries.In the context of the Belt and Road Initiative,overseas companies should adopt effec-tive management practices to achieve energy conservation and greenhouse gas emission reduction.Based on the management prac-tice of energy conservation,emission reduction and carbon reduction of Chambishi Copper Smelter Limited,Zambia,this paper ana-lyzes and summarizes the energy saving of production technology,equipment energy saving,process optimization energy saving and lean management energy saving,so as to provide reference for the production and operation of overseas pyrometallurgical copper smelting enterprises of the same type.
