Study on the Metallogenic Law and Prospecting Methods of Zhaishang Gold Mine in Gansu Province
The Zhaishang gold deposit is located in the complex east-west structural belt of the Qinling Mountains,and in the west-ern part of the Minli mineralization belt in the western Qinling Mountains.It has superior geological conditions for mineralization and huge potential for ore exploration.As the direction and approach of mineral exploration gradually shift from surface to under-ground,from simple and easy to identify to hidden deposits,the difficulty of mineral exploration has become more harder.The tradi-tional mineral exploration methods that relied solely on engineering construction in the past have not shown significant results.This article proposes a prospecting approach of"basic geology first,comprehensive method selection,geophysical and geochemical explo-ration positioning,and drilling engineering verification",further improving the understanding of the mineralization laws of Zhais-hang Carlin type gold deposits,exploring effective geophysical exploration combination prospecting methods,establishing compre-hensive geological,geophysical,geochemical,and remote sensing prospecting indicators for this type of gold deposit,and analyzing the regional gold mineralization potential,this provides key support for the exploration and exploration of the Zhaishang Gold Mine area to achieve continuous breakthroughs for many years,and provides a basis for the deployment of next exploration work.
