内蒙古某企业铁矾渣回收金属锌项目设计

项目设计采用浆化-萃取-洗涤-反萃-除油-电积的流程对铁矾渣中的锌金属进行回收.本项目浆化系统每天产出的 337 t浆化液与厂区高浸渣工段每天产出的 713 t选矿废水,通过输送泵送到萃取车间完成萃取工序,萃取后富锌液送去原电积车间电积.由于新增加的溶液量导致原有设备容量不足,故对原萃取车间进行扩建,电积车间经过计算电解槽尺寸不变,每槽新增放置阴极板 11 片、阳极板 11 片.项目建成后可以处理铁矾渣 8.9 万 t/a,产生金属锌片 667 t/a,很好的解决了铁矾渣堆存,有价元素没有得到及时回收的问题.
Design of a Metal Zinc Recovery Project for Iron Alum Slag from an Enterprise in Inner Mongolia
This project is designed to recover zinc metal from iron alum slag by slurry-extraction-washing-back-extraction-degreasing and electro-offwinning process.The 377 t slurry produced daily by the slurry system of this project and the 713 t mineral processing wastewater produced by the high-leaching slag section of the plant are pumped to the extraction workshop to complete the extraction process,and the zinc-rich liquid is sent to the original electrowinning workshop after extraction.Due to the insufficient capacity of the original equipment due to the newly increased amount of solution,the original extraction workshop was expanded,and the size of the electrolytic cell remained unchanged after calculation,and 11 cathodes and 11 anode plates were newly placed in each cell.After the completion of this project,it can process 89 000 t/a of iron alum slag and produce 667 t/a of metal zinc sheet,which solves the problem of iron alum slag storage and valuable elements not recovered in time.
