电锌浸出渣挥发窑处理的节能改进及实践

在湿法炼锌生产过程中,产出的锌浸出过滤渣中因含有较多的锌及其他有价元素(如 Cu、Pb、Cd、In、Ge、Fe、As、Ag、Au等),将会进一步采取措施进行综合回收利用和无害化处理.利用挥发窑生产氧化锌过程的工艺原理及特点,提出电锌湿渣直接进窑进行生产来降低能耗和成本的方法,并对生产实践中的经验和效果进行分析和总结.
Energy Saving Improvement and Practice of Volatilization Kiln Treatment for Zinc Leaching Residue
In the production process of wet zinc smelting,the zinc leaching and filtration residue produced contains a large amount of zinc and other valuable elements(such as Cu,Pb,Cd,In,Ge,Fe,As,Ag,Au,etc.),and further measures will be taken for compre-hensive recycling and harmless treatment.The process principle and characteristics of using volatilization kiln to produce zinc oxide are proposed,and a method of directly feeding zinc wet slag into the kiln for production to reduce energy consumption and costs is proposed.The experience and effects in production practice are analyzed and summarized.
