红透山铜锌矿充填料浆流变试验研究

目前红透山铜锌矿采用普通上向分层充填采矿法,地表充填管道常因充填料浆的浓度和流量问题造成管道输送困难.为了探究地表管道中充填料浆的输送特性,对该矿的充填料浆进行了流变试验.研究了多因素作用下膏体流变参数演化规律,并计算了沿程阻力和输送阻力,为膏体泵送和自流输送阻力计算提供基础参数.
Rheological Test Study on Filling Slurry of Hongtoushan Copper Zinc Mine
At present,the Hongtoushan Copper Zinc Mine adopts the ordinary upward layered filling mining method,filling pipe-lines located on the surface often face difficulties in transportation due to the concentration and flow rate of the filling slurry.In or-der to explore the pipeline transportation characteristics of surface filling slurry and provid basic parameters for calculating the resis-tance of paste pumping and self flow transportation,rheological tests were conducted on Hongtoushan filling slurry to study the evo-lution law of rheological parameters of the paste under multiple factors,and the resistance along the way and transportation resis-tance were calculated.
