红透山铜锌矿标准落重试验研究

标准落重试验一种测定矿石冲击粉碎特性的试验方法.对红透山矿石的各粒级试样在不同比能耗条件进行了一个单粒级粉碎冲击试验,5 个窄粒级为-63~+53 mm、-45~+37.5 mm、-31.5~+26.5 mm、-22.4~+19 mm和-16~+13.2 mm.得到矿石特性参数为:抗冲击粉碎特性参数 A=73.2,b=1.22,A×b=89.3,矿石属于中等偏软;抗磨削特性参数 ta=0.50,属较易磨剥的矿石;其 t10 值随颗粒粒度的增大而呈现出随比能耗降低而斜率减小特性,可能产生高密度颗粒聚集,引致能耗上升和加工能力下降.
Research on Standard Falling Weight Test in Hongtoushan Copper Zinc Mine
Standard drop weight test is a test method for determining the impact crushing characteristics of ores.A single-grain crush-ing impact test was carried out on the samples of each particle size of Hongtoushan ore under different specific energy consumption conditions,and the five narrow particle sizes were-63~+53 mm,-45~+37.5 mm,-31.5~+26.5 mm,-22.4~+19 mm and-16~+13.2 mm.The characteristic parameters of the ore are as follows:impact crushing characteristic parameters A=73.2,b=1.22,A×b=89.3,and the ore is medium soft.The anti-wear characteristic parameter ta=0.50 is an ore that is easy to grind and strip.With the increase of particle size,the t10 value shows the characteristics of decreasing slope with the decrease of specific energy consumption,which may produce high-density particle aggregation,resulting in an increase in energy consumption and a decrease in processing capacity.
