Research on Standard Falling Weight Test in Hongtoushan Copper Zinc Mine
Standard drop weight test is a test method for determining the impact crushing characteristics of ores.A single-grain crush-ing impact test was carried out on the samples of each particle size of Hongtoushan ore under different specific energy consumption conditions,and the five narrow particle sizes were-63～+53 mm,-45～+37.5 mm,-31.5～+26.5 mm,-22.4～+19 mm and-16～+13.2 mm.The characteristic parameters of the ore are as follows:impact crushing characteristic parameters A=73.2,b=1.22,A×b=89.3,and the ore is medium soft.The anti-wear characteristic parameter ta=0.50 is an ore that is easy to grind and strip.With the increase of particle size,the t10 value shows the characteristics of decreasing slope with the decrease of specific energy consumption,which may produce high-density particle aggregation,resulting in an increase in energy consumption and a decrease in processing capacity.
