Leaching Lead and Silver from Silver Separation Slag of Copper Anode Slime Based on Chloride Salt System
The process of leaching lead and silver from silver residue of copper anode mud in the NaCl-CaCl2-HCl chloride salt sys-tem was studied.Through orthogonal experiments, the effects of initial concentration of NaCl,initial concentration of HCl,liquid-solid volume mass ratio, reaction temperature and reaction time on the recovery of lead and silver from silver slag in copper anode mud separation were explored, the results showed that under the chloride salt system, the optimal process conditions for leaching sil-ver slag, lead, and silver from copper anode mud were initial NaCl concentration of 260 g·L-1,initial HCl concentration of 1.0 mol·L-1,liquid-solid volume to mass ratio of 9∶1,reaction temperature of 80℃,and reaction time of 1.5 h.Based on the optimal pro-cess conditions, the optimal amount of CaCl2 was explored to be twice the theoretical amount. After verifying the optimal process conditions, the average leaching rates of lead and silver were 98.24%and 97.73%,respectively.The performance of each group of data is stable with small fluctuations, and the chloride salt system has a good effect on leaching lead and silver from silver residue.
