以国家 2025 智能制造和工业 4.0 为依托,全面实现矿山的数字化、信息化、智能化为目标,以非洲某铜矿选矿厂的自动化实现过程为例,全面详细地分析了选矿自动化的工艺要求,仪表和阀门的选型,DCS控制系统的架构,与第三方工艺设备的通信控制和国外先进磨浮选矿专家系统的应用.在选矿基础自动化方面,着重分析选矿各工艺流程的检测与控制要点;特别是在线分析仪的应用,强调了矿浆取样和后台分析两项工作具有同样的重要性.在磨浮选矿专家控制系统方面,对高级传感器系统的块度成像分析仪、泡沫成像分析仪及磨音分析仪的功能和使用方法进行了分析,同时对磨浮选矿专家控制系统要实现的具体功能进行了说明.通过实践证明,选矿基础自动化控制系统和磨浮选矿专家控制系统的相互配合,是实现选矿厂现代化智能工厂的必由之路.
Discussion on the Integration of Basic Automatic Control System and Expert Control System in Copper Concentrator
Based on the national 2025 intelligent manufacturing and industry 4.0,fully realize the digitization,information and intel-ligence of the mine as the goal,taking the automation realization process of a copper concentrator in Africa as an example,the pro-cess requirements of mineral processing automation,the selection of instruments and valves,the architecture of DCS control system are analyzed comprehensively and in detail.Communication control with the third party process equipment and the application of advanced grinding and floating mineral processing expert system abroad.In the basic automation of mineral processing,emphasis on the analysis of mineral processing process detection and control points,especially the application of online analyzer,emphasized the pulp sampling and background analysis of the two work has the same importance.In the grinding and floating mineral process-ing expert control system,the functions and use methods of the block imaging analyzer,foam imaging analyzer and grinding sound analyzer of the advanced sensor system are analyzed,and the specific functions of the grinding and floating mineral processing ex-pert control system to be realized are explained.Through practice,it has been proved that the cooperation between the automatic con-trol system of mineral processing base and the expert control system is the only way to realize the modern smart factory of concentrator.
