Research on Desulfurization Technology Transformation of Environmental Flue Collection System in a Certain Non-ferrous Smelting Enterprise
A non-ferrous smelting enterprise has a set of flue gas desulphurization device for treating smelting flue gas.The desul-phurization process adopts limestone-gypsum method,the by-product is gypsum.The desulphurization unit runs well with high de-sulphurization efficiency,the operation rate is high,the desulphurization tail gas can meet the emission standard.The existing problem is how to deal with the gypsum residue and large quantity of wastewater.After the copper smelting process reform,the converting environmental flue collection system gathers the flue gas into the acid making system.The flue gas desulphurization system is used to treat the fugitive gas from melting,electric furnace,anode furnace and flue gas from anode furnace process.Desulphurization efficiency is≥80%.The desulphurization tail gas emission conforms to the special emission limit standards stipulated in the revised"Copper,nickel and cobalt industrial pollutant emission standard"(GB25467-2010),and meets the emission requirements.It can not only solve the environmental pollution problem of waste gas,but also save the cost of waste water treatment for the enterprise every year.
