Research on the Application of Purchasing Ore Risk Management in the Produc-tion of Copper and Cobalt Smelting and Processing Enterprises in Africa
With the increasing development of copper and cobalt resources in Africa,smelting and processing enterprises are also fac-ing many challenges while obtaining profits.Procurement of ore risk management has become an important part in the sustainable development of enterprises.The risks faced by copper and cobalt smelting and processing companies in Africa during the production process are analyzed.Taking a copper and cobalt processing enterprise in Africa as an example,the application of risk management strategies for mineral procurement in enterprises is explored to provide reference for similar enterprises in mineral procurement risk management.
