为向新型矿山转变,辽宁某金矿选矿厂磨浮车间积极完善选矿自动化基础建设,补齐短板,充分利用原有自动化设备,进行有效融合、改扩建选矿自动化,形成完善的集选矿数据指标和监控于一体的基础中控室.此次改造在降低操作工人劳动强度的同时,提高了选矿厂各项生产指标的稳定性.在选矿生产中实现提高选矿回收率,降低尾矿品位,增加经济效益的效果.
Research on Automatic Improvement of Grinding and Flotation Workshop in a Gold Concentrator in Liaoning Province
In order to transform to a new type of mine,the grinding and floating workshop of a gold concentrator in Liaoning actively improves the automatic infrastructure construction of beneficiation,completes the shortcomings,makes full use of the original automation equipment,effectively integrates,changes and expands the beneficiation automation,and forms a perfect basic central control room that integrates beneficiation data indicators and monitoring.The transformation not only reduces the labor intensity of the operator,but also improves the stability of various production indexes of the concentrator.In the beneficiation production,the effect of improving the beneficiation recovery rate,reducing the tailings grade and increasing the economic benefit is realized.
