废弃菱镁矿资源化利用与高附加值氢氧化镁吸附剂制备

采用硫酸铵焙烧-水浸工艺资源化利用废弃菱镁矿,将废弃菱镁矿与硫酸铵混匀,经焙烧、水浸分离得到硫酸镁溶液和滤渣,硫酸镁溶液净化除杂后制备氢氧化镁和硫酸铵,氢氧化镁煅烧制备氧化镁,硫酸铵溶液蒸浓结晶后返回焙烧废弃菱镁矿.该工艺实现了废弃菱镁矿资源化利用和化工原料的循环利用.并制备高附加值花状氢氧化镁,花状氢氧化镁对有机染料和重金属离子具有优良的吸附性能,是一种性能良好的无机吸附剂.
Resourceful Utilization of Waste Magnesite and Preparation of High Value-added Magnesium Hydroxide Adsorbent
Waste magnesite was resourcefully utilized by(NH4)2SO4 roasting-water leaching process.Waste magnesite and(NH4)2SO4 were uniformly mixed,roasted,water leached and filtered,thus the MgSO4 solution and filter residue were obtained.The purified MgSO4 solution was used to prepare magnesium hydroxide and(NH4)2SO4 solution.MgO was obtained by calcining the magnesium hydroxide.Crystalline(NH4)2SO4 was returned to roasting process.The process achieves the resourceful utilization of the waste magnesite and realizes the recycling utilization of chemical material.Flower-like magnesium hydroxide with high value-added was prepared.Flower-like magnesium hydroxide has excellent adsorption properties for the organic dyes and heavy metal ions.It is a good inorganic adsorbent.
