目前焚烧炉渣、飞灰的处置主要以安全填埋为主,但填埋场库容有限,填埋处理非长久之计,亟需探寻新的方式妥善处置.某企业决定投资新建年处理 5 万t危险废物项目,对焚烧残渣和飞灰等危险废物采用富氧侧吹熔炼炉方式进行固体废物玻璃化处理.该处理方法既实现了废物的资源化,又解决了工业企业发展过程中废弃物处理问题.本项目可年处置利用 5 万t各类残渣、飞灰及其他危险废物,具有良好的社会效益、环境效益和经济效益.
Design of a Hazardous Waste Disposal Project for a Certain Enterprise
Currently,the disposal of incinerated slag and fly ash mainly relies on safe landfill,but the storage capacity of landfills is limited,and landfill treatment is not a long-term solution.It is urgent to explore new ways to properly dispose of them.A certain en-terprise has decided to invest in a new project with an annual processing capacity of 50000 tons of hazardous waste.The incinera-tion residue and fly ash and other hazardous waste will be treated with oxygen enriched side blowing melting furnace for solid waste vitrification.This treatment method not only realizes the resource utilization of waste,but also solves the problem of waste disposal in the development process of industrial enterprises.This project can dispose of and utilize 50000 tons of various residues,fly ash,and other hazardous waste annually,with good social,environmental,and economic benefits.
