Discussion on the Use of Na2S2O3 instead of As2O3 in the Calibration Solution for Arsenic Determination in Copper Concentrate
Na2S2O3 was used instead of As2O3 to calibrate the potassium bromate standard solution assay method.After experimental research,the measured assay data were stable and within the allowable deviation range.Sodium thiosulfate reagent is cheaper,less toxic,easier to use and obtain,and has a fast and simple calibration method compared to arsenic trioxide.It also solves the problem caused by the high toxicity of arsenic trioxide.
