The intelligent upgrading and transformation of concentrator is an inevitable choice to build modern mining enterprises,and its construction objectives and implementation paths are significantly different from the construction of generalized intelligent factory.Based on the background and problems of the intelligent construction of the concentrator,this paper discusses the target of the intelligent construction of the concentrator,puts forward the construction path of the intelligent concentrator,including intelligent equipment and intellisense,process automation runs stably,process optimization control,information-based production management and matching production organization management system,and finally gives the recommended implementation step suggestions of the intelligent construction of the concentrator.
