铜电解新型槽间导电排研发与应用

摘要
针对常规铜电解槽间导电排存在的问题,基于"同极两触点"原理,研发包括主导电排、绝缘板、辅导电排的铜电解新型槽间导电排,确定了其材质和制造工艺,并以同等的生产条件开展了生产试验研究.根据试验结果可知:采用新型导电排,接触点温度平均降低1.8℃,每个电解槽的电压值平均降低了 9.13 mV,表明导电性更好;每块阴极铜重量平均提高0.65%,表明电流效率提高 0.65%;每块阴极铜重量平均方差降低 0.15,表明每块阴极铜的重量波动减小,极板导电均匀性更好.
Abstract
Based on the principle of"two contact points in the same pole",a new type of conductive bar between copper electrolyzers was developed,which includes leading bar,insulating board and guiding bar.The material and manufacturing process of the conductive bar were determined,and the production experiment was carried out under the same production conditions.According to the test results:by using this new type of conductive bar,the average temperature of the contact point is reduced by 1.8℃,and the average voltage value of each electrolytic cell is reduced by 9.13 mV,which indicating that the conductivity is better.The average copper weight of each cathode is increased by 0.65%,indicating that the current efficiency is increased by 0.65%.the mean variance of the weight of each cathode copper is reduced by 0.15,indicating that the weight fluctuation of each cathode copper is reduced and the conductive uniformity of the plate is better.
