摘要

目的 研究下颌阻生齿拔除术中无痛微创仪器应用的临床价值.方法 选取83例下颌阻生齿患者,按照手术方式的差异分为微创组(n=43)和对照组(n=40);比较两组拔牙时间、拔牙窝完整性、肿胀度、张口受限度、疼痛度.结果 微创组拔牙时间较对照组短,拔牙窝完整性、肿胀度、张口受限度、疼痛度较对照组低(P<0.05).结论 微创技术应用于上颌阻生齿治疗中可有效减少患者紧张心理,减轻术中损伤及术后疼痛.
