摘要

目的 分析自控镇静联合局麻对复杂阻生牙拔除患者麻醉效果、呼吸循环的影响.方法 选取2018年5月～2020年5月82例复杂阻生牙拔除的患者,根据不同麻醉方法 分为观察组和对照组各41例,比较两组患者麻醉效果及呼吸循环情况.结果 观察组麻醉效果优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组与对照组SpO2比较(P>0.05);但观察组MAP、HR较对照组低(P<0.05).结论 自控镇静联合局麻对复杂阻生牙拔除患者呼吸循环功能影响小,可保证麻醉效果.
