含锂资源提锂技术现状及研究进展

锂资源的储量丰富但高度集中,区域性供需错配明显,开发利用技术有限.基于此,对含锂资源分类及其主要特征进行了分析,重点介绍了传统的沉淀法、萃取法、吸附法等盐湖卤水提锂技术以及硫酸法、石灰烧结法、硫酸盐法等矿石提锂技术,分析了这些传统方法的优缺点,并对纳米过滤膜提锂、生物法提锂、电化学离子提锂等新型提锂技术发展方向进行了分析和展望.
Current Status and Research Progress of Lithium Extraction Technology for Lithium-bearing Resources
Lithium resources are abundant but highly concentrated,with obvious regional supply and demand mismatches and limited development and utilization technologies,on a basis of which the paper analyzes the classification of lithium-bearing resources and its main characteristics,focusing on the traditional lithium extraction technology from salt lake brine such as precipitation process,extraction process and adsorption process,as well as lithium extraction from ores such as sulphuric acid process,lime sintering process and sulphate process,analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of these traditional processes.Furthermore,the paper introduces and looks forward to the development direction of the new lithium extraction technologies such as lithium extraction by nano-filtering membrane,lithium extraction by biological method and lithium extraction from electrochemical ions.
