Study on Structure and Performance of KFC Special-shaped Copper Strip Based on Forging and Rolling Composite Forming Technology
The evolution of the internal structure of hot-rolled flat strip billet after cold forging, online annealing and rolling in the process of preparing special-shaped copper strip by forging and rolling was studied, and the comprehensive performance of the product was tested by metallographic microscope, conductivity tester, vickers hardness tester and tensile test. The results show that when the cold forging processing rate of the strip billet is 69.45%,the grain at the thin strip area is continuously refined, and a large number of dislocation belts are generated inside, the work hardening effect is significant, and the strength and hardness of the strip increase sharply. After solution annealing of the forged material, the grain continues to increase, and part of the FeCu4 solid solution material is transformed into Fe phase and cuphase. After forging and rolling composite processing, the total shape variable of the material is 74.79%,its tensile strength and hardness are increased from 289 MPa and 65.3HV in hot-rolled state to 336 MPa and 112HV,the conductivity is increased from 85.12%IACS to 89.23%,and the number of bending times is more than 5,showing excellent comprehensive performance.
