针对国内某企业自主研发的NRT炉协同冶炼电子废物及多金属工业固废工艺,分析了生产工艺运行过程中遇到的问题,并逐一提出了解决措施:根据入炉原料成分复杂的特点,通过原料预处理和定量入炉技术,保证了工艺渣型以及反应过程中的热平衡控制.通过采用"强化火法冶炼—分层二次燃烧—烟气余热回收—高效烟气处理"的技术路线,实现了尾排烟气达标排放.通过增设二次风调低负压、增加氧浓等措施.解决了烟灰自燃和喷枪寿命短的问题.通过研究磁性铁对渣含铜的影响规律,得到渣含铜随着磁性铁含量增大而增大的结论.将磁性铁质量分数控制在 1%及以下时,可获得渣中铜质量分数≤0.8%.
Production Practice of NRT Furnace Smelting Electronic Waste and Polymetallic Industrial Solid Waste
In response to the independently developed NRT furnace by a domestic enterprise based on smelting electronic waste and polymetallic industrial solid waste technology,this paper analyzes the problems encountered in the production operation and proposes solutions one by one:the process slag types and the control of heat balance in the reaction should be ensured by the pre-treatment and quantitative feed-in of the raw materials according to the characteristics of the complex compositions of the raw materials entering the furnace.The offgas can be exhausted up to standard by adopting the technical route of"strengthening pyrometallurgical process-layered secondary combustion offgas waste heat recovery-high efficiency offgas handling".The paper puts forward some problems such as spontaneous combustion of soot and short service life of the lance,and the problems can be solved by adding secondary air to lower the negative pressure and increasing the oxygen concentration etc.By studying the influence of magnetic iron on the copper-contained slag,it is concluded that the copper-contained slag increases with the increase of magnetic iron content.It is shown that when the mass fraction of magnetic iron is controlled below 1%,the copper mass fraction in slag can be less than or equal to 0.8%.
