Research on Heating up of Furnace for Hazardous Waste Incineration Project
Taking a hazardous waste incineration project with a processing capacity of 100 t/d in Guangdong as an example,this paper introduces the necessity of heating up of furnace for the hazardous waste incineration project,makes a detailed study of the process flow and operation of furnace heat up,and analyzes the energy consumption and actual effect of furnace heat up.Practice has proven that,the process of heating up of furnace strictly follows the scientific heat-up curve and national standard codes,which can effectively extend the service life of refractory materials,remove oil dirt,rust and iron oxide chips in the furnace,and lay the foundation for the stable operation of the rotary kiln.
