Numerical Simulation of Copper Anode Slime Treatment in Rotary Kiln
Supported by the production data and control parameters of the hydrometallurgical process of a copper anode slime smelter in Hubei,and based on the physicochemical reaction mechanism of sulfating roasting-selenium recovery,the metallurgical calculation software was used to establish the functional modules of sulfating roasting and selenium recovery,and to simulate the actual production process of copper anode slime treated by sulfating selenium roasting in a rotary kiln.The anode slime data used in the model are representative,and the calculation results also coincide with the actual production results,which verifies the validity of the model.
