高速漆包机节能工艺及关键技术研究

基于高速连拉连包漆包机的工作原理,分析了漆包机主要能耗的分布结构,认为高速连拉连包漆包机的电耗高的工序主要是烘烤、退火和冷却工序.在此基础上,分别揭示了烘烤和退火工艺对漆包线能耗的影响规律,探讨了漆包机节能的关键技术.研究认为,在确保漆包线表面质量漆包线延伸率和回弹角等性能指标的前提下,降低排废、循环风机转速控制出口的温度,降低退火一段、二段的温度,利用漆包机余热替代电加热来制备退火保护性气氛水蒸气等措施,能有效降低高速漆包机能耗.
Research on Energy-saving Process and Key Technologies of High Speed Enameling Machine
According to the working principle of high-speed sequence enameling machine,the paper analyzes the distribution structure of the main energy sources of the enameling machine.It is believed that the processes with high electricity unit consumption in high-speed sequence enameling machine are mainly roasting,annealing,and cooling.On this basis,the paper explains the influence of roasting and annealing processes on the energy consumption of enamelled wires respectively,and discusses the key technologies for energy-saving of enameling machine.The study concluded that the corresponding measures,such as reducing waste discharge and temperature at the outlet of circulating fan speed control on the premise of ensuring the surface quality of the enameled wire and related performance indicators,reducing the I and II annealing temperatures on the premise of ensuring enameled wire elongation and performance indicators of rebound angle,and scientifically utilizing the waste heat from enameling machine to replace electric heating annealing protective atmosphere,should be taken to effectively reduce the energy consumption of high speed enameling machine.
