Application of Tangent-ring Network in Intelligent Underground Mine
Taking a lead-zinc mine as an example,for underground-mining mines with simultaneous operation at multiple extraction levels or multiple areas resource integration,the paper compares the two network architectures of single-ring network and tangent dual-ring network.According to the demand for access to multiple-ring network and the demand for network stability at a later stage,the improvements are made to the core layer of the dual-ring network,proposing a kind of improved tangent dual-ring network structure,which is equipped with two core switches and adopts a redundancy configuration scheme.It is found in the comparison that compared to the traditional single-ring network,tangent-ring network can ensure the stability of various data transmission,while satisfying the requirements of shorter network delay,and have better network scalability.The multi-channel 10 gigabit industrial Ethernet ring network established with tangent ring network will be used as the basic network platform for the data transmission of the entire intelligent mine,it is capable of carrying various underground electronic information system services,equipped with an industrial network management platform to improve the network management efficiency and reduce the operation and maintenance costs.
