窑尾温度是挥发窑浸出渣处理过程的一个重要控制指标,加料量的多少对挥发窑温度控制影响很大.目前挥发窑加料主要采用人工加料操作,无法实现温度的精准控制,导致温度的窑尾温度波动大.为此,设计 1 套基于模糊PID算法的自动温度稳定控制系统,介绍和分析了该系统构建及现场应用情况.某厂采用该系统后,运行效果良好,窑尾温度较稳定,温度变化幅度明显减小.
Fuzzy PID-based Temperature Control System for Volatile Kiln Tail
The kiln tail temperature is an important control indicator in the treatment of volatile kiln leaching residue.The feeding quantity has a significant impact on the temperature control of the volatile kiln,which is mainly achieved manually at present,resulting in large temperature fluctuations in the kiln tail.A set of automatic temperature stability control system based on fuzzy PID algorithm was designed to address this issue.The paper introduces the system construction and on-site application of the automatic temperature control system.The system has achieved remarkable effect in online operation,and the fluctuation of kiln tail temperature has been significantly reduced,verifying that the designed fuzzy PID algorithm has a better control effect.
