针对奥炉精炼车间双圆盘浇铸系统中铜模水平度调整问题,在具备实时自动水平检测的条件下,研制了一款自动调整装置.该装置以实时监测数据为依据,利用机械手替代人工快速、精确地调节模位螺栓杆上螺栓的高度.介绍了该铜模水平自动调整系统的设计思路,分析了系统需求及技术路线分析.验证试验和性能评估证明,该系统具有较高的精度、较快的响应速度及较高的稳定性和可靠性,满足阳极板浇铸工艺要求.
Design and Implementation of Copper Mould Automatic Levelling System
To address the issue of levelling copper mould in the twin-wheel casting system of the Ausmelt furnace refining plant,an automatic levelling unit is developed under the condition of real-time automatic level detection.This unit takes real-time monitoring data as the basis and uses mechanical arm instead of manual operation to quickly and accurately adjust the height of the bolts on the mold bolt rod.The paper introduces the design concept of the copper mould automatic levelling system,and analyzes the system requirements and technical routes analysis.It has been proved by verification experiments and performance evaluations that the system has high accuracy,fast response speed,and high stability and reliability,which can satisfy the requirements of the anode plate casting process.
