摘要

基于某铜矿山存在露天边坡不规整、台阶高、岩体整体稳定性差的情况,为保护最终境界台阶坡面的稳定性,采用预裂爆破技术进行施工作业.结合该露天矿山的地质条件、岩体特征,对预裂爆破的各项参数进行设计,并对其施工工艺进行优化.同时,从残留半孔率、坡面平整程度以及孔口位置岩石破碎情况等方面对爆破效果进行分析评价.实践表明,合理设计预裂爆破技术参数可提高边坡稳定性,保障安全生产.

Abstract

In order to protect the stability of the bench slopes in the ultimate boundary,the pre-split blasting technology is used for construction operation in a copper mine due to the irregular open-pit slope,super-high benches and desirable overall stability of the rock mass.According to the geological conditions and rock mass characteristics of the open-pit mine,the parameters of pre-split blasting are designed to optimize the construction technology.At the same time,the blasting effect is analyzed and evaluated from the aspects of residual half-porosity,slope flatness and rock breakage at the opening position.The practice shows that reasonable design of technical parameters of pre-split blasting can obviously improve the stability of slope and guarantee the safety of production.
