摘要

针对半自磨机衬板维修、更换频繁的问题,为延长磨机使用寿命,探讨了热处理工艺对大型半自磨机筒体衬板组织与性能的影响.通过优化铬钼钢衬板的热处理工艺,分析了淬火、回火温度对材料微观结构和力学性能的影响.实验结果表明,在 920℃淬火和 560℃回火的条件下,铬钼钢衬板展现出最佳的综合性能,硬度达到 45HRC,冲击韧性超过 45 J/cm2.

Abstract

In response to the frequent maintenance and replacement of SAG mill liners,the paper discusses the influence of heat treatment process on the microstructure and properties of large SAG mill cylinder liners to extend the service life of the mill,and analyzes the influence of different quenching and tempering temperatures on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the materials by optimizing the heat treatment process of chromium molybdenum steel liner.The experimental results show that under the conditions of quenching at 920℃and tempering at 560℃,the chromium molybdenum steel liner exhibits the best comprehensive performance,with a hardness of 45HRC and an impact toughness of exceeding 45 J/cm2.
