某电镀污泥的湿法回收工艺研究

对电镀污泥主要处理技术进行了介绍,针对国内某电镀厂含铜、镍、钴等有价金属的污泥采用工艺成熟的湿法工艺进行回收.从浆化、浸出、铜萃取电积、除铁、P204 萃杂、P507 萃钴、C272 萃镁、MVR蒸发冷却结晶及流化床干燥等工艺环节对湿法工艺的主要工艺流程进行了详细分析.实践证明,该工艺综合回收率高,可按照浸出、分离、富集、提纯 4 个阶段,从电镀污泥中选择性提取多种金属离子,最终主要产品有阴极铜、硫酸镍结晶、硫酸钴结晶等,具有较好的经济价值.
Research of the Wet Recovery Process of a Certain Electroplating Sludge
This paper introduces the wet recovery process of a certain electroplating sludge(containing valuable metals such as copper,nickel and cobalt),which mainly includes:pulping,leaching,copper extraction and electrowinning,iron removal,P204 extraction,P507 extraction of cobalt,C272 extraction of magnesium,MVR evaporation cooling crystallization and fluidized bed drying.It has been proved that the process has high comprehensive recovery rate,and can selectively extract a variety of metal ions from electroplating sludge in four stages(leaching,separation,enrichment and purification),which has good economic value.The final main products are cathode copper,nickel sulfate crystals,cobalt sulfate crystals,etc.
