摘要

以杭州市第三固废处置中心项目为例,对该项目评价区的废气排放限制进行了分析,介绍了基于该项目危废品库货架式存储方式的废气产排、逸散及收集情况.根据废气成分和环保要求,选择采用"化学洗涤+UV光解+活性炭吸附"的净化系统工艺,对各个设备的工作原理、系统设置、风量计算、设备选型等进行了分析,并根据运行效果,提出了废气处理系统未来改进优化的建议.

Abstract

Taking the Hangzhou No.3 Solid Waste Disposal Centre project as an example,the paper analyzes the flue gas emission limitations in the project's evaluation area,and introduces the generation,fugitiveness and collection of the exhaust gas based on the shelf-type storage mode of the hazardous waste storage.According to the composition of the exhaust gas and environmental protection requirements,the project selects the gas cleaning system that adopts the process of"chemical scrubbing+UV photolysis+activated carbon adsorption".Furthermore,the paper analyzes the working principles,system settings,calculation of air flow rate,equipment selection,etc.of the equipment,and puts forward the suggestions for future improvement and optimization of the exhaust gas handling system based on the operating results.
