基于尾矿综合利用的超细分级尾砂试验研究

为建设成无尾排放的矿山,某新建矿山开展了超细分级尾砂膏体充填技术试验研究.试验先通过全尾砂粒径筛分试验,优选出适用于井下充填的细粒级分级尾砂,再针对细粒级尾砂膏体料浆配比参数问题,开展了细粒级分级与全尾砂膏体坍落、扩展以及单轴压缩试验,并考虑了超塑性强化剂的影响.结果表明,未添加超塑性强化剂的分级尾砂膏体试样流动性差;添加超强塑化剂后细粒级尾砂充填料浆坍落度指标满足管道输送要求,分级尾砂膏体流动性和强度也均满足矿山充填要求.研究结果说明,在该矿应用超细分级尾砂充填方案是可行的.
Experimental Study on Ultra-fine Classified Tailings Based on Comprehensive Utilization of Tailings
To construct a mine without tailings discharge,a newly-built mine conducted an experimental study on ultra-fine classified tailings paste filling technology.The experiment first conducted a full tailings particle size screening test to select fine-grained graded tailings suitable for underground filling.Then,to address the issue of slurry ratio parameters for fine-grained tailings paste,fine-grained grading and full tailings paste collapse,expansion,and uniaxial compression tests were carried out,taking into account the influence of superplasticizer.The results indicate that the fluidity of the classified tailings paste without superplastic reinforcing agent is undesirable;the slump index of the fine-grained tailings filling slurry with superplastic reinforcing agent can satisfy the requirement of pipeline conveying,and the fluidity and strength of the classified tailings paste can also fulfill the requirement of mine filling.The study results show that the application of ultra-fine tailings filling plan in this mine is feasible.
