采用塔式摩擦提升机的罐笼井设计探讨

为提高罐笼井设计水平、减少安全事故、提高系统运行效率,通过总结设计经验和结合现行国家标准规范,针对采用塔式摩擦提升机的罐笼井提升系统、井塔和井筒提出了具体的设计建议.在提升系统设计中,建议采用永磁电机提高运行效率和平稳性,采用带有托罐装置的防过卷缓冲装置提高安全性,增加首绳状态在线检测系统以实时检测首绳状态,并配备换绳装置方便后续换绳作业;井塔设计方面,建议配备外挂式观光电梯提升井塔形象,取消罐笼进出侧的横梁方便更换罐笼及材料进出,设置双层进出罐平台提高运行效率,并采用向外悬挑的结构形式以减少井塔占地面积;井筒设计方面,建议采用上部液压拉紧的钢丝绳罐道减少安装和维护工作量,并采用小罐笼提升系统替代梯子间以增强逃生通道功能.研究结果表明,这些设计建议能够有效提升罐笼井的安全性和运行效率,减少后续维护成本,对地下开采矿山的罐笼井设计具有重要的指导意义.
A Discussion of the Design of Cage Shaft Using Tower Friction Hoists
In order to improve the design level of cage shaft,reduce safety accidents and improve the operation efficiency of the system,the paper puts forward some specific design recommendations for cage shaft hoisting system,shaft tower and shaft body using tower friction hoists by summarizing the design experience and combining with the current national standards and codes.In the design of hoisting system,it is recommended to use permanent magnet motor to improve the operation efficiency and stability,adopt over-wind buffer equipment with cage chair to improve safety,add the head-rope online detection system to detect the head-rope status in real time,and provide rope changing equipment to facilitate the subsequent rope changing operation.As for the design of the shaft tower,it is recommended to install an external sightseeing elevator to enhance the image of the shaft tower,remove the beams on the cage access to facilitate the replacement of cages and materials arrival/leaving,set up a double-layer platform for entering and exiting the cages to improve the operation efficiency,and adopt the overhanging structure to reduce the floor space of the shaft tower.In terms of shaft body design,it is recommended to use upper hydraulically tensioned wire rope cage passages to reduce installation and maintenance effort,and use a small cage hoisting system instead of ladder room to enhance the escape passage function.The results of the study show that these design recommendations can effectively improve the safety and operation efficiency of cage shaft,reduce the subsequent maintenance costs,and have important guiding significance for the design of cage shaft in underground mining.
