通过对国内外的千米深井排水方式以及排水设备进行了调研考察,分析了在千米深井排水系统中应用良好的国产水泵型号,以及常用排水管路布置方案和防护措施.在对国内某超千米的金属矿排水设计中,对直排方案和接力排水方案进行了方案比选,最终选择了直排方案.经过对设备的选型计算和工况点校核,各项参数均满足设计要求,证明了该排水方案的可行性.同时,针对安装过程可能存在的问题,提出了相应的解决措施.
Design and Discussion of Drainage Systems for Over Kilometer Deep Wells
The research and investigation was conducted on the drainage methods and equipment of kilometer deep wells at home and abroad.Additionally,an analysis was performed on domestic water pump models that perform well in kilometer-deep well drainage systems,as well as common drainage pipeline layout schemes and protective measures.In the drainage design for a metal mine exceeding one kilometer in depth in China,a direct drainage scheme and a relay drainage scheme were compared.Ultimately,the direct drainage scheme was selected.After the selection and calculation of the equipment,and verification of the operating condition points,all parameters has fulfilled the design requirements,proving the feasibility of the drainage scheme.Furthermore,corresponding solutions have been proposed to address potential problems of the installer.
