为满足高镍三元正极材料前驱体合成过程中对进料稳定性的高要求,设计了一种包含进料泵组、合成釜、DCS控制系统等在内的自动控制系统.该系统通过PID和串级控制策略,实现对盐液、氨碱液、氨水等原料添加量的精确控制,以及对合成釜温度和pH值的稳定控制.实际应用结果表明,该系统能够确保各原料比例偏差小于2%,pH值偏差维持在±0.02,温度偏差维持在±0.5℃,有效提高了 NCM前驱体合成的稳定性和产品品质,对于减小劳动强度、提高生产效率具有显著成效.
Design And Application of Automatic Control System for NCM Precursor Synthesis
In order to satisfy the high feed stability requirement in the synthesis of high-grade nickel ternary cathode material precursors,an automatic control system including feed pump package,synthesis reactor,DCS control system was designed.The system achieves precise control of amount of salt solution,ammonia alkaline solution and ammonia solution added,as well as stable control of synthesis reactor temperature and pH value by means of PID and cascade control strategies.Practical application results show that the system can ensure that the deviation of the proportion of the raw materials is less than 2%,the pH deviation is maintained at±0.02,and the temperature deviation is maintained at±0.5 ℃,which effectively improves the stability of the synthesis of the NCM precursor and the quality of the product.It has a significant effect on reducing the labour intensity and improving the production efficiency.
