摘要

以金隆铜业有限公司为例,为提升供配电系统的安全性与可靠性,探讨了物联感知技术在0.4 kV低压供配电系统中的应用.该厂通过系统网络构成设计、硬件与软件配置更新,以及信息集成系统的建立,引入了先进的物联感知设备,实现了实时故障信息的采集,并能上传至企业MES系统.研究结果显示,该系统能够确保管理人员迅速获取故障信息,及时响应处理,有效消除火灾隐患.同时,系统还具备强大的数据分析功能,为点检人员提供了设备运行状态的重要参考.

Abstract

Taking Jinlong Copper Co.,Ltd.as an example,the paper discusses the application of IoT sensing technology in the 0.4 kV low-voltage power supply and distribution system so as to improve the safety and reliability of the power supply and distribution system.The company has introduced advanced IoT sensing equipment by designing the system network composition,updating the hardware and software configuration and establishing the information integration system to collect the real-time fault information,which can be uploaded to the enterprise MES system.The study results show that the system can ensure that management personnel can quickly obtain and handle fault information in a timely manner to eliminate fire hazards.At the same time,the system also has a powerful data analysis function,providing an important reference for point inspection personnel on the operating status of the equipment.
