跨油墩港某大桥为1座带有挂梁的五跨悬臂梁、T梁组合桥,因现状桥下净空不满足通航要求及年久失修,导致局部破损严重,技术状况评定等级为4类,急需维修加固.针对该桥梁的主要病害进行成因分析,并给出了维修加固方案.在此基础上,详细阐述了裂缝封闭处理、T梁和箱梁腹板粘贴钢板、外包砼增大截面法、T梁间横隔板粘贴钢板、植筋重做桥面铺装以及增设EP-100伸缩缝等具体加固技术措施.研究结果表明,这些加固措施有效提高了桥梁的耐久性和承载能力.根据后期荷载试验评估结果,该桥维修加固效果良好,已正常运行3年多,持续的监控观测显示桥梁的刚度与应力均有较大改善.
Design of Maintenance and Reinforcement of a Cross-Youdun Gang Bridge
Cross-Youdun Gang bridge is a five-span cantilever beam and T-beam combination bridge with suspended beams.Due to the fact that the clearance under the bridge does not meet the requirements for navigation and the bridge has been in disrepair for a long time,resulting in severe local damage.It is assessed to be Category-4 and urgently needs maintenance and reinforcement.The paper analyzes the causes of the main bridge diseases and gives a maintenance and reinforcement plan.On this basis,the paper describes the specific reinforcement technical measures,including crack sealing treatment,T-beams and box girder webs bonded steel plate;outer-packed concrete section enlarging method;T-beam partition bonded steel plate,re-paving of bridge surface with planting bar and adding EP-100 expansion joints.The research results indicate that these reinforcement measures effectively improve the durability and bearing capacity of the bridge.According to the evaluation results of the subsequent load test,the bridge has been well maintained and reinforced,and it has been in normal operation for more than 3 years.After continuous monitoring and observation,it can be found that the stiffness and stress of the bridge have been greatly improved.
