摘要
目的 探讨强化乳铁蛋白(LF)(>0.45 g/L)的乳脂基配方奶粉与婴儿0~6月龄时发生胃肠道及呼吸道症状和过敏性疾病的关系.方法 在2023年8月~2023年10月通过网络平台进行匿名式问卷调查,根据婴儿喂养方式及配方奶粉不同,将其分为乳脂+LF组、乳脂组和未添加组.采用多因素Logistic回归模型分析不同喂养方式与便秘、腹泻、感冒、发热和过敏性疾病发生率的关系.结果 共收到有效问卷95份.以未添加组为对照组,仅乳脂+LF组与较低的感冒、发热和过敏性疾病的发生率有关(P<0.05).结论 使用强化LF乳脂基配方奶粉喂养的婴儿在0~6月龄时,感冒、发热和过敏性疾病的发生率较低.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the relationship between fortified lactoferrin(LF)milk fat-based formula(>0.45 g/L)and gastrointestinal and respiratory symptoms as well as allergic diseases in infants aged 0~6 months.Methods From August 2023 to October 2023,an anonymous questionnaire survey was conducted through the network platform.Children were divided into milk fat + LF group,milk fat group,and non-added group based on the different feeding methods of infants and formula milk powder.Using a multivariate Logistic regression model to analyze the relationship between different feeding methods and the incidence of constipation,diarrhea,cold,fever and allergic diseases.Results A total of 95 valid questionnaires were received.Taking the non-added group as the control group,only the milk fat + LF group was related to the lower incidence of cold,fever and allergic diseases(P<0.05).Conclusion Infants fed with LF milk fat-based formula have a lower incidence of cold,fever and allergic diseases at 0~6 months of age.
