摘要

目的 探讨尿液标本不同放置环境温度和时间对尿液常规检验准确性的影响.方法 选取我院检验科2022年6~12月采集的64例住院健康体检人员的尿液标本64份,每份20 ml,各均分为2小份(每份10 ml),分别于室温下、4℃下保存待测.对比不同放置环境温度和时间对尿液生化指标、细胞计数、红细胞形态变化的影响.结果 室温下放置2 h、3 h时,尿酸(UA)、尿肌酐(Ucr)、总蛋白(TP)水平均明显高于采样即刻、放置1 h时(P<0.05),尿钾(K+)、尿钠(Na+)水平、红细胞和大红细胞计数均明显低于采样即刻、放置1 h时(P<0.05).4℃下,各放置时间尿液生化指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),放置2 h、3 h时,红细胞和小红细胞计数明显低于采样即刻、放置1 h时(P<0.05).室温下放置2 h、3 h时,UA、Ucr、TP水平均明显高于4℃下放置2 h、3 h时水平(P<0.05),K+、Na+水平均明显低于4℃下放置2 h、3 h时水平(P<0.05),红细胞和大红细胞计数明显低于4℃下放置2 h、3 h时水平(P<0.05).结论 4℃下冰箱保存对尿液标本的影响小于室温下保存,但放置时间≥2 h同样都会影响尿液标本质量及检测结果的准确性.

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of different ambient temperature and time of urine specimen on the accuracy of urine routine test.Methods From June to December 2022,64 urine samples of 64 hospitalized healthy check-up personnel were collected from the clinical laboratory of our hospital,each 20 ml was divided into 2 small parts(10 ml each),which were stored at room temperature and 4℃respectively for testing.The effects of different ambient temperature and standing time on urine biochemical indexes,cell count and red blood cell morphology were compared.Results The levels of uric acid(UA),urine creatinine(Ucr)and total protein(TP)at 2 h and 3 h after standing room temperature were significantly higher than those at immediately after sampling and 1 h(P<0.05),the levels of urine potassium(K+),urine sodium(Na+),red blood cell and large red cell counts were significantly lower than those at immediately after sampling and 1 h(P<0.05).At 4℃,there was no significant difference in urine biochemical indexes at different standing time(P>0.05),and the counts of red blood cell and small red blood cell at 2 h and 3 h were significantly lower than those at immediately after sampling and 1 h(P<0.05).The levels of UA,Ucr and TP at room temperature were significantly higher than those at 4℃for 2 h and 3 h(P<0.05),the levels of K+ and Na+ were significantly lower than those at 4℃for 2 h and 3 h(P<0.05),and the counts of red blood cell and large red cell were significantly lower than those at 4℃for 2 h and 3 h(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of refrigerator preservation at 4℃on urine samples was less than that at room temperature,but the quality of urine samples and the accuracy of test results were affected by the standing time≥2 h.
