摘要
目的 探讨原发性卵巢小细胞癌(SCCO)的患病特点、诊断和临床治疗方案.方法 报告1例SCCO患病情况并对国内外文献进行复习,分析其病理特征.结果 SCCO起源组织尚不明确,70%患者伴高钙血症,恶性程度极高,几乎90%患者1年内死亡.结论 SCCO发病极为罕见,病例报告非常少,临床可供参考资料有限.目前尚无明确治疗指南,参考卵巢癌常规肿瘤细胞减灭术后辅以化疗、放疗方案仍是目前的治疗手段,不管何种治疗,本病预后均差,联合治疗(特别是接受高剂量化疗后)可能会延长生存时间.根据基因检测,制定个性化的治疗方案,对于提高患者生存率具有重要意义.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the characteristics,diagnosis and clinical treatment of primary small cell carcinoma of the ovary(SCCO).Methods 1 case of SCCO was reported and the literature at home and abroad was reviewed to analyze its pathological features.Results The origin of SCCO was not clear.70%patients had hypercalcemia.The degree of malignancy was extremely high,and almost 90%of the patients died within 1 year.Conclusion The incidence of SCCO is extremely rare,and there are very few cases reported.At present,there are no clear treatment guidelines,referring to the routine tumor cell reduction of ovarian cancer supplemented by chemotherapy and radiotherapy is still the current treatment.Regardless of the treatment,the prognosis of this disease is poor,and combined therapy(especially after receiving high-dose chemotherapy)may prolong the survival time.According to the genetic examination,the development of personalized treatment plan is of great significance to improve the survival rate of patients.
