摘要
目的 分析某三甲专科医院人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)职业暴露发生原因及危险因素,为预防医务人员HIV职业暴露的发生提供科学依据与建议.方法 查阅2012～2023年某三甲专科口腔医院HIV职业暴露记录资料,从发生HIV职业暴露的医务人员类别、工龄、暴露类型、原因等进行统计分析.结果 2012～2023 年该院医务人员发生HIV职业暴露共 6 例;实习医生更容易发生HIV职业暴露;因锐器伤导致的职业暴露多于血液体液暴露.结论 医院应结合实际情况,加强针对低年资医务人员的职业防护相关培训,规范操作流程,提高个人防护意识,降低HIV职业暴露发生风险.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the causes and risk factors of Human immunodeficiency virus(HIV)occupational exposure in a tertiary specialist hospital,and to provide scientific basis and suggestions for preventing the occurrence of HIV occupational exposure among health care workers.Methods The records of HIV occupational exposure in a tertiary specialist dental hospital from 2012 to 2023 were reviewed,and the categories,working years,exposure types and causes of HIV occupational exposure were statistically analyzed.Results From 2012 to 2023,there were 6 cases of HIV occupational exposure among health care workers in the hospital;interns were more likely to have HIV occupational exposure,and the occupational exposure caused by sharp instrument injuries was more than blood and body fluid exposure.Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen occupational protection training for less-experienced health care workers based on actual conditions,standardize operating procedures,improve personal protection awareness,and reduce the risk of HIV occupational exposure.
